It means everything to me. It’s the highlight to my week to come to Wednesday choir practice. -Pat Banta
I am new to this choir, but I have sung in church choirs all my life. God often uses Christian music to speak to my heart. In the music we sing it stirs my soul and encourages me. I am just so thankful that God gave me my love of church music and a wonderful choir to sing with. -Rita Ladd

I am not able to pen words on a score that will touch men’s hearts, and I am unable to create the music score itself. But when the orchestra begins playing, I can worship God and praise Him with my voice and all of my heart. My greatest praise and worship has always been through years of church music and especially as a member of the choir at Mims Baptist. -Dan Davis

It means fellowship & valuable friendships. It means laughter, fun, happiness. It means belonging to a family & having a commitment. It is a ministry that touches lives through our voices & words. It is being ministered to by meaningful music by fellow brothers & sisters. It’s sharing joys, heartaches & fears. It’s receiving support, concern & prayers and it’s AWESOME! -Char Byrd
